Hydrogen (n2-h2)
We are pleased to be able to offer this service as some leaks are more difficult to detect than others, and require specialist equipment. Hydrogen molecules are the smallest naturally occurring particles, this means it will escape through the smallest gap. Nitrogen mixed with 5% hydrogen is used to pressurise the system and then we use a highly sensitive hydrogen detector to search for gasses escaping. This method is perfect for finding any slow or difficult to access leaks.

UV dye
UV (Ultra Violet) leak detection dye can be added to the air conditioning system. It mixes with the refrigerant and in the event your system having a leak, we can use a high powered UV lamp to find traces of the dye that are invisible to the naked eye. We add a dye free of charge with every service and regas.
